day 8: one of the boys

Four words to describe me: one of the boys.

I kid you not. The dudes I hang out the most with are real guys, their sexualities are still questionable but other than that they are all dude dudes.

My first best friends from college are two dudes. We met in the strangest of places: the front seats during our Biology subject. We didn't know much about each other, but we knew three things: one, I looked like the meanest person/loner/weirdo who was always drawing; two, as seatmates we needed each other to survive and three, things will never be the same again.

Ahhh, good times. This picture is almost a year old. Shot during a Scienvb Saturday class.

We went by the name "H3O" because of Harry Potter and trio put together. It wasn't creative but it stuck, and from then on we sort of got stuck together as well. Scratch that, I sort of had to cling on to these two. They all had their separate group of people they already hang out with, because they practically knew everyone from our block being the charismatic dudes that they are. And then there was me, that literal image of your average emo kid tagging along with them. God knows what they've been through just hanging out with me, but no matter what I do they've always been there. We can go through the craziest shizz and still come out laughing, that's why I heart them both so much.

Taken during a blockmate's debut with a playboy bunny theme. We're totally gangsters plus dorks combined so we have our own hand signs.

I was planning on spending the day with two of them during my break, but as always life happens. And I got stuck trying to finish making a lousy powerpoint for a report we weren't even going to present that day.
But at least I got to eat lunch with them, and they ate all my fries.

I lack pictures, but that's only because I brought so much stuff yesterday. Also I should really start bringing my camera to school. I always have this urge to document my life in pictures, but I have this fear of snatchers and evil people in the LRT. So yeah.

After class I actually ended up having a spur of the moment after school session with two of my closest dude friends. This time I ate the fries they ordered, it was fun. I guess the thing about me is I'm just really comfortable to talk to and that dudes find it easy to talk to me is because I'm more of a dude myself. Ha. But I really enjoyed talking to them, it's fun to talk to people about about life in general.

You should surround yourself with people who accepts you for who you are, with people you're comfortable to be yourself with and with funny people.
