day 6: hang out with someone

Seriously didn't know that my original plans for Saturday weren't going to push through. Was supposed to attend a make up class for Kaspil 2, but before I was about to leave the house my ma told me not to go anymore. She said it was going to be a total waste of time and commute money, so I had to stay home.

At first I was like, Yeaaaah not going to school, and then went, Awww man the incentives I won't get. Bummer.

So I used the time to practice a song number for my lolo's b-day celebration and after get some sleep. But when I woke up from my nap I felt so tired and sick-ish. It was horrible. I had plans to meet up with my best friend and clothes swap at her place, but I just couldn't get out of bed. I felt so bad because I miss her so much and it was just so unfair that the weather (it was soooo hot yesterday) and my immune system were not cooperating with my plans. I had no choice, but to cash in a rain check and meet up with some other day.

And then my ma calls and she is like, this psychic heroine. She tells me that she wants to bring me out on a date and have our nails done. At first she was all, Why weren't you answering your phone?? And I was all, Ma I'm sick-ish. And she went, So you can't go out? Of course I'd have to answer, Duh ma I'm going.

My ma does dance classes 'cause she has this plan of getting back her old waistline, right after she tried the detox diet, which was 25. She's a super mom so I won't be surprised if she gets thinner than me. But then again she's always hungry after, ha. So we do a quick drive thru order of a Big 'N Tasty, fries and coke before we had our nails done at Enza. Another cool thing about where we live: we live near so many cool places.

I chose a coffee color for my fingernails and this pink color for my toes. I think the lady who cleaned my nails butchered my left ring finger, so I sort of can't feel anything from that finger right now.

After we had our nails done, we did a quick grocery run for miryenda. Our family just loves good food, especially the ones we make ourselves, that's why it's really hard to start a food diet at home.

The best gifts of the Japanese to the world: Naruto, mochi ice cream, Arashi and Japanese mayo. Once you eat this you can never go back to normal mayonnaise.

 Wheat slices + lettuce + tomatoes + cottage cheese = ♥
Look at this sandwich. It's like it's saying, Come to me. Eat me.

My sister's part of the Ateneo Blue Symphony and we were going to watch their concert: Primo Passo. I'm not biased or anything since she's my sister, but this orchestra is just fantastic. They're best known for their renditions of popular songs and arrange them for an orchestra to play.

Ma and Cajo before the concert. We can never get a decent picture out of him when we want him to.

 Sunset clouds ♥

Cajo's fave half cabs, step on his shoes and you're dead

Deathly hallows drawn by Cajo, used to be his chucks. It's mine now >:)

So proud of my sister :) She's section head for Guitars.
And then I realized... She was the only one playing guitar. Forever alone, ha ha.

Cajo: "The perfect weapon during a zombie apocalypse at school"

 Standing ovation

My sister, also one of the dudes. Wore the proper dress code... for guys!

I can't believe Cajo's almost taller than me. This is my younger brother who used to be as tall as my shoulder. Aaah, they're growing up so fast. Curse you male growth spurts

 Check out this cat...

"GIVE ME YOUR FOOD"

I think I hearted almost all of their pieces which included a Journey Medley, a Menken Medley which was this mash up of popular Disney films' music, their version of Bohemian Rhapsody, the Super Mario theme, Lord of the Rings theme which was a mash up of the trilogy's themes from the movie, Jack Sparrow and their encore performance was the best: Viva La Vida. I had goosebumps all over when they played, the way you get tingles when you hear damn good music.

Also I have a pile of homework and things I need to sort out before Monday. Darn it.
